Ground floor, garden villa with four bedrooms (one with french doors onto private courtyard and one with french doors to private garden), large living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen.
The master bedroom has king and single bed with en suite shower room. The double bedroom has a super king bed that can be made into two single two beds on request, and the third and fourth bedroom have double beds. These delightful rooms have french doors opening onto a private courtyard and the garden.
The garden has a gate which leads to the promenade, cycle path, beach and rock pools. Any child's paradise! All that is required is the weather! Troon really has its own little micro climate as it benefits from the warm gulf stream and often avoids the rain as it is situated in Arran's rain shadow. Many are amazed to find Troon dry and sunny whilst the rain is pouring down less than half a mile away!
You will love watching the kite surfers flying past and the amazing sunsets.

All are new beds with comfortable duvets. Towels supplied. Hangers for your clothes, dressing tables and hairdryer supplied.
The large living room also has a sofa bed if required.
